What Does the Cost Include?

Each venue space includes tables & chairs, but not linens

What is the deposit to hold the space?

There is a $150 deposit for A La Carte pricing of the Stained Glass Hall, Outdoor Patio, or Bridal Suites. The West Hall requires a $500 deposit. All "save the date" deposits are non-refundable. 

WHAT KIND OF TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have 8' long tables, or 5' round tables. We have white folding resin chairs with padded seats, or banquet style chairs with white seat covers ($1.50 per seat cover to rent).  

Can We bring our own food?

Yes, you can bring in any caterer you would like, as long as they are licensed & insured.

Can We Bring our own Liquor?

Up until April 2019, we are a 'BYOB' venue. After that, we will have a liquor license and will offer cash or open bars with competitive pricing.

What is required for cleanup?

Each venue space needs to be returned in the same condition you found it, to include sweeping, taking the trash out, and general cleanup of the area to include cigarette butt outside.

Are we required to get a 'Special Event insurance' Policy?

Yes, our insurance company requires all renters to take out a one-day special event policy that can range from $50-$350 depending on your insurance company.

Do you allow open flames?

We do allow open flames as long as they are enclosed in a glass container.

What is the latest our event can go until?

All events are required to end at 11:00 PM
