Each venue space includes tables & chairs (we do not provide linens), Bartenders and Venue Coordinator for the day.
The deposit is 1/3 of the total price of the venue rental (cash or check) due at the time of booking/signing the contract that is applied towards the balance. For smaller events in the Stained Glass Hall, North Patio, Gatsby Room or Bridal Suites, the deposit is 1/2 of the rental fee. (non-refundable). To reiterate, all "save the date" deposits are non-refundable.
We have 8' long tables, or 5' round tables. We have white folding resin chairs with padded seats that are included in the price of the West Hall and Main Hall rental. Our Champagne Gold Chiavari Chairs are included in the Grand Hall, and are also rentable for $7 per chair for use in our other venues.
For large events and weddings, you are required to use our Preferred Vendors, please see our current list of preferred vendors under catering. For smaller events such as bridal showers, baby showers, graduations, retirements, etc., you are allowed to bring your own food or hire your caterer.
You can BYOB in the Bride/Groom Suites while you are getting ready. We have our Liquor License through the State of Illinois, so no outside liquor can be brought into the Gatsby Room, West Hall, Grand Hall, Main Hall or on the North Patio. Our price is per drink, not per person, so you can set a budget for and Open Bar or have a Cash Bar. You can include all drink options for the Open Bar, or limit it to beer, wine, and soda — whatever works best for your budget.
Each venue space needs to be returned in the same condition you found it, with chairs placed on top tables and general cleanup of the area to include cigarette butts outside. We take care of bussing the tables for the night, taking out the trash, sweeping/mopping at the end of the night.
Yes, our insurance company requires all renters to take out a one-day special event policy that can range from $125-$175 depending on your insurance company.
As of now, we do allow open flames as long as they are enclosed in a glass container. That could change at any time if we have any kind of incident regarding open flames.
All events are required to end at 11:00 PM and must be cleaned/vacated by 12:00 pm.
